We hope that your transaction with Opulence is as effortless as possible, but we are realistic in acknowledging that problems will occasionally occur.
Before contacting our support staff, please check our FAQ to see if your question has already been asked. While our support staff endeavour to reply to all questions and queries within 24 hours, why wait if you don't have to?
Yes, Opulence is legit. Please read our about page to find out more about our unique business model.
We launched Opulence Store with a very low product offer. This means we will send you cheap product and we only keep a very small profit.
But why would we do this? Well actually it's quite simple...
- We are sure you will absolutely LOVE what we sell and use it a lot.
- People will ask where you got them... and you will say Opulence.
- This will create word of mouth advertising for our paid product range, which is far more powerful than traditional advertising.
- Since our launch, over 20% of customers who got a cheap watch have told someone else about our watches. This is where our brand spreads and grows into something incredible so we can give you even cheaper products with gaining quality
What about the quality?
In order for this campaign to work, we need you to wear them so people will ask. Think about it...
If they weren't great, you wouldn't wear them and you wouldn't recommend us.
That would result in a colossal waste of money for us. Why would we want to lose money?
I'm afraid to pay online, is this safe?
It's 100% safe.
In fact we don't even have access to your payment details. All payments are processed by a third party authorized payment processor.
They use the latest generation encryption protocols and safety measure that only the top scientists even understand.
You can't be safer than that.
Are there any hidden charges?
No...What you see is what you pay.
We are 100% transparent with our costs.
To find out the exact shipping cost to your location, you'll have to add products to your cart and go to the checkout. After you fill in your address our system will calculate the exact shipping and handling cost.
But some people say bad things...
Some people are quick to go on social media and complain/spread rumours nowadays. Whereas if they contact Opulence, if they do have a problem which is unlikely, could be very easily resolved by our team.
Think of a promotion or great deal where there aren't people to bad mouth it without even taking the time to understand what's going on.
You won't find a single customer that hasn't been happy with us. If people say bad things, why do 20% of our customers return?
So this is all legit?
We took the time to explain what's going on. Why on earth would we do that if we had any hidden agenda?
And now you understand why this is not a "too good to be true deal", it's just a promotion where everyone gets something in return (you get a fantastic low price watch, ring or bracelet, and we are rewarded by your further loyalty to our brand)
Your order is very important to us. Please take the time to read the information below.
- Due to VERY high demand shipping takes 10-60 working days, most orders arrive in 3 weeks, however;
- We send items in multiple packages, this speeds things up. Don't be alarmed if you have missing items, they will come in other packages at later times.
- Sometimes your items can get lost/damaged in their journey to you. If this occurs, we will send you a replacement free of charge. Just contact our support.
Average Shipping Times:
- United States: 10-40 Working Days
- United Kingdom: 10-40 Working Days
- Australia: 10-47 Working Days
- Europe: 10-50 Working Days
- Canada: 10-40 Working Days
- New Zealand: 14-47 Working Days
- Rest Of The World: 14-60 Working Days
Refunds are not given on free items. However, replacements are given for items lost while shipping.
Replacements are also sent up to 7 days after receiving your free item if damaged.
Tracking your order:
To track your order, please enter your tracking number after clicking the following link -> Track Your Order
Please note that your tracking number is the one we send automatically when we ship your order (it can take up to 7 days). It usually is 13 characters long and starts and ends with a letter.
Please note that you must not enter your order number, or it will appear as an error automatically.

Tracking will be available 3-7 days after making your order. If 7 days has passed and you still don't have a tracking code please contact support.
We send items in multiple packages, this speeds things up. Don’t be alarmed when you have missing items. These items will come in more packages within the shipping time frame.
If you need to edit your order at all, you must contact us within 24 hours so we can make changes.
We are able to change:
- Items in your order
- Your address
- Your name/email
If you would like to cancel your order you have 24 hours to do so. Contact us immediately if you would like to cancel. If 24 hours has passed then we are unable to cancel your order as it would have already been shipped.
Your refund for a cancelled order will take 2-5 working days depending on your payment method. Paypal is instant whereas credit card/debit card buyers may have to wait a little longer.

Around 1 in 1000 items do arrived damaged due to some postage companies not treating our parcels well. If your item has arrived damaged, we would like to apologise.
Please contact us on the button at the bottom of this page and include the following:
- Your order number
- A picture of your damaged watch
Once we have this information, we will be able to send out a replacement, free of charge.
